Loudoun Station Continues To Take Shape As Several New Retail And Service Oriented Establishments Plan Openings

Loudoun County’s first transit oriented development to be served by Metro rail, Loudoun Station, continues to take shape as several new retail, entertainment, and service oriented establishments plan openings. The developer of Loudoun Station, an affiliate of Comstock Partners, LC (“Comstock”), is pleased to announce that Starplex Cinemas, Super Cuts, and Comprehensive Health Care will be opening this spring. In addition, leases have been finalized and construction will begin soon for Blackfinn AmeriPub, Basil Leaf Grille, Chai Coffee Club, and Yogi Castle. These new establishments will join Loudoun Station’s unique mix of retail, entertainment, and service oriented establishments, including; Burger21, The Zone, Title Boxing Club, Instyle Nail Spa, Kumon Learning Center, and First Impression Dental.

Loudoun Station’s dining options will be expanding with two high-quality sit down restaurants, Blackfinn AmeriPub and Basil Leaf Grille:

Blackfinn AmeriPub (Blackfinn): Blackfinn Ameripub offers a wide range of house-made modern American food, complemented by an extensive list of craft beers and signature cocktails. The menu features entrée salads, fresh fish, steaks and pasta, pub classics, comfort food and plenty of vegetarian and gluten-free options. The fifty beer taps include local and regional brews, along with two taps reserved for Blackfinn’s handcrafted cocktails on tap. There is also a fun, approachable wine list that includes over thirty wines offered by the glass. Scheduled to open before the end of 2015, Blackfinn is the evolution of the American pub, a fun, social restaurant concept that serves house-made modern American food, craft beers and cocktails in a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere. Basil Leaf Grill (Basil Leaf) comes from the mind of Chef Reza, a 35-year veteran of the restaurant industry, having created four notable restaurants located in Germany and the DC Metro Area.
