National Association of Professional Women Announces Rachel L. Gregus, Manager / Co-Founder of Safe Hands Warm Hearts, a 2015 Professional Woman of the Year

NAPW honors Rachel L. Gregus, Manager / Co-Founder of Safe Hands Warm Hearts, as a 2015 Professional Woman of the Year. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in home health services. “I’ve quadrupled the number of clients served in a span of four months, increasing revenues by 400%,” says Ms. Gregus.

As Manager / Co-Founder of Safe Hands Warm Hearts, Ms. Gregus coordinates and manages the day-to-day operations of the company and collaborates with qualified healthcare professionals to provide services for clients. Ms. Gregus has been overseeing the internal functions within the company, including payroll, hiring, sales and marketing. She has also played a significant role in business development and growth of Safe Hands Warm Hearts.

Ms. Gregus’ additional skills and areas of expertise include one-on-one patient care, managing day-to-day tasks, advertising, CPR certification, communication certification – interpersonal and presentational, and emergency preparedness certification. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Saginaw Valley State University. Ms. Gregus served as one of three members on a team who advocated for the City of Saginaw Rescue Mission and succeeded in winning the grant monies awarded to the mission.
